Our web server records standard request information, including IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, the referring page and browser user-agent string. These records are used to operate and secure the site.
This site sets one cookie, used to maintain your session while you complete the enquiry form and to protect that form against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal information and no identifier that persists after your browser session ends.
What we do not do

This site is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiry records are stored outside the public web directory and are not accessible from the internet. Access is limited to people at Heights Consulting Group who need it to respond to you.
